MAX MASSAGE BCN joins 22@Network Barcelona
On 30 September I stepped onto the stage at 22@Breakfast, in the Torre Marenostrum auditorium, to present MAX MASSAGE BCN to the 22@Network Barcelona community, the business association of Barcelona's 22@ innovation district.
It was my first public talk with a microphone, and in Spanish too. I was nervous, but I walked away with one certainty: this is the environment where I want the project to grow.
What MAX MASSAGE BCN does
MAX MASSAGE BCN offers corporate wellness for companies and events in Barcelona:
- Chair massage at the office: short sessions, fully clothed, no oils and very little space needed. Employees are back at work within minutes.
- Regular programmes for teams: a weekly or monthly visit that becomes part of the office routine.
- Recovery Corner for events: a recovery space at conferences, trade fairs and corporate events for speakers, guests and teams.
Behind it are more than eight years as a massage therapist and a career as a professional football player, working with elite athletes. That is where the core idea comes from: recovery is part of performance, not a luxury.
